Electronic Registration — Payment Page

Use this page to pay for Sukkot NW registration and Lulavim sets (when available) electronically via PayPal. This uses a shopping cart system. Choose which items you want added to your cart from this page. When you are in the cart itself, choose the quantity of each item you want and then select the cart "update" button before checking out.

This page accompanies the electronic registration form, which you can download here if you haven't already:

  • Download this registration form for early registration discount (ON or BEFORE 9/28/11).
  • Download this registration form if you register AFTER 9/28/11.

It is important to fill out the electronic registration form also. The registration form provides us with your names for the nametags and information for which events you plan to participate in so that we can have suffient materials and supplies available. If your name on the registration form does not match the name on the PayPal account, please include a note in the instruction box in the PayPal shopping cart so we can match them up.

Please read the cancellation/refund policy before proceeding:

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registration fees and are fully refundable if we receive notice of cancellation in writing before 9/28/11. Lulavim are refundable if we receive notice of cancellation in writing before 9/28/11 at noon Pacific Time (GMT-8). After these dates orders are turned in and no refunds can be given. If you are unable to pick up your orders at Finley Butte Park in La Pine, you may request that we ship them to you after Sukkot at your cost or you may donate them to bless someone with your unclaimed items.
