Natan Lawrence
Natan is married to his first and only wife, Sandi, his partner in the ministry, and together they homeschool their four children. In the 1990’s Natan and Sandi started a fellowship in their home that eventually grew into a congregation, which Natan now pastors. Together, they oversee Congregation Elim, the fellowship arm of Hoshana Rabbah Messianic Discipleship Resources, the Hoshana Rabbah website along with Natan’s weekly Torah commentaries that touch thousands of lives, families and many Bible study groups and Hebrew roots congregations worldwide each week. Below are some interesting facts about Natan life:
- was born and raised in a Torah-observant Christian home. He was circumcised on the eighth day, the third generation keeping the Feasts and 7th-Day Sabbath.
- began a daily Bible reading and prayer schedule at age eight and has continued this without ceasing for 40 years.
- was raised on the Oregon family farm his great-grandparents settled. He actively worked in the family landscaping business and nursery as well as shepherded the family sheep flock.
- became an Eagle Scout at age 17.
- graduated high school with honors as nearly a straight-A student.
- studied at three universities, including a year of study in Switzerland earning a degree in French and nearly a degree in journalism.
- worked for a major city daily newspaper and several smaller newspapers as a writer.
- started and operates a successful residential tree service company.
- produced and hosted a televised gardening show.
- was ordained as an evangelist in a major evangelical Christian denominational church and worked as an urban missionary, street preaching evangelist in a major U.S. city.
- ministered at Teen Challenge, started a prison outreach ministry, and led a team of evangelists into local Mexican migrant camps.
- produced and aired a weekly program on Christian radio teaching the Hebrew roots of the Christian faith.
- is an ordained Messianic pastor.
- is the author of seven books and is a conference speaker.
- has written and published approximately 100 teaching articles on the Hebrew roots of the Christian faith.
- is fluent in French and reads and writes biblical Hebrew and Greek.
- is an avid gardener and outdoorsman and spent years as a high alpine mountain climber, skier, backpacker and fisherman.

Dr. Yehoseph Dombek
Yehoseph was raised in a Torah-observant Christian home, keeping the Feasts and the 7th-day Shabbat. Yehoseph and his wife, Heidi, were married under the Chupah. He grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania, was an active part of the ministry at Yahweh's Mt. Zion Encampment, and is a gifted Bible and Hebrew teacher.
Yehoseph is a Chiropractor practicing in one of the suburbs of Portland. Having earned a bachelor of science degree in Microbiology from Pennsylvania State University, he worked in the Biology field in various positions for over ten years before returning to graduate school at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. One of his most exciting positions was as a fisheries biologist living aboard crab-fishing vessels on the Bering sea in Alaska for a year and a half.
